What to expect from a professional massage
Your massage session will begin with a brief consultation to discuss any pain or tension areas, allowing your therapist to create a personalized treatment plan.

Depending on the treatment, you may stay fully clothed in comfortable attire or be asked to partially undress. If undressing is needed, privacy will be provided, and professional draping will ensure only the treated area is uncovered.

Sessions are available in 60 or 90-minute intervals. Please communicate with your therapist during the massage to adjust pressure or technique for your comfort.

Born and raised in Charlotte, I have always had a passion for helping others live healthier, more balanced lives, After earning my certification from the NC School of Advanced Bodywork, I became a licensed massage therapist in both NC and SC. With 4 years of experience in therapeutic massage, I specialize in relieving tension, improving mobility, and enhancing overall well-being.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy staying active with yoga and hiking. I am also an animal lover with a full house–6 dogs and 3 cats keep my family of 5 on our toes! My approach to massage therapy is rooted in compassion, and I am dedicated to helping all my clients feel their best in both body and mind.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I wear during my massage?
Depending on the technique, you may or may not need to undress. For Swedish massage, most people undress completely or leave their underwear on. Ladies you will have to remove your bra so we can work the entire back. Your massage therapist will give you privacy to undress and cover with a sheet. Privacy is an important part of your comfort, so the only time an area is exposed is when it is being worked on. Breasts and genital areas are NEVER exposed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card, cash, Venmo, or CashApp.
Can I get a massage while pregnant?
Yes, after the first trimester, massages can help relieve neck pain, backaches, and leg cramps that can result from pregnancy.
